YOUR SATISFACTION

The Diamond Center sells only diamonds we would be proud to own ourselves. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please view our refund policy for complete details.

TRUTH IN GRADING

At Lauray’s The Diamond Center we take our diamond grading very seriously and use very strict standards to ensure the most accurate diamond grading possible. Lauray’s grades diamonds using the international grading standards established by the Gemological Institute of America (G.I.A.). We will also provide a written appraisal of your diamond’s quality and value.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

Lauray’s custom designs jewelry and has a talented staff to assist you. Our in house Bench Jeweler specializes in creating the custom design of your dream. You will be involved in each step to ensure the accuracy and execution of your design. Because the design will be a one-of-a-kind piece, we ask for an initial non-refundable deposit. Due to the exclusivity, custom designs are a non-returnable item.

YOUR JEWELER'S PROTECTION

Your Lauray’s Diamond will be protected against loss due to defective materials or workmanship for one year. Your jewelry is carefully crafted and inspected to insure both beauty and durability. If you have any questions or problems, please let us know.

We recommend that you have your jewelry cleaned and inspected every 3 to 4 months. We offer continuing service cleaning and checking at No Charge Forever. To secure protection against theft, loss, damage, breaking or chipping, insurance is suggested, as these are factors no jeweler can control. We can assist you with jewelry insurance information upon request. With proper care and maintenance your jewelry will be worn with pride for a lifetime.

LAURAY'S REFUND POLICY

Articles are accepted for a full money back guarantee or exchange if returned in unused condition within 14 days except for: special orders, custom work, worn watches, clearance items or damaged merchandise. Items returned after 14 days but within 30 days of the purchase date may receive store credit to be used within one year of the date issued. The same exceptions noted above apply. A sales receipt and original packaging must accompany all returns. Management reserves the right to review all refunds. Refunds are available to original purchaser only. All returned checks are subject to a $35.00 fee. All diamond, gemstone and precious metal weights are approximate.
